When Allen came in for estimates, we knew immediately that he was the type of project manager we wanted to work with--straightforward, transparent, and no BS personality. Our project included installation of new floors and a complete kitchen renovation. Throughout our search to find the right contractor, other companies gave us estimates that were exceeded our budget, for what we thought, would be a simple project for a ~1,100 square feet condo. Well, when we discussed our vision and strict budget, Allen was able to make it a reality. We signed the contract, then him and his crew were able to finish everything in three weeks. I repeat, in three weeks! Our expected time of completion was two months, but they managed to cut that time in half, even during labor and supply shortages in the US.
When we spoke to Allen's crew during construction, everyone including the electrician, floor installers, etc. were all gracious, respectful, and professional.
On the final day of construction, Allen visited our condo and assisted his crew to inspect and clean all of the finishes of the project. He even went further to instruct us on how to maintain and clean our new home. Allen reassured us that he was a phone call away if anything didn't work after they left. Coincidentally, we noticed that two outlets did not work and the outlet box for our microwave wasn't installed into the wall. We called him and he had his crew come back and fix everything.

This review can't fully encapsulate the great appreciation and support we have for this company. Renovations are daunting, stressful and expensive, but know that you are in good hands with Allen and his team. They go above and beyond to meet your needs. We're going back to Freedom for our next project, you should sign with them too.

The amazing people of Freedom Renovation made our dream kitchen a reality!! Harry and his team were professional, on time , polite and did an amazing job making our kitchen remodel drama free. From the initial consult on design, measurements on cabinets and countertops, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. Harry always kept us updated on the status and progress of installation of cabinets and countertops. He and his team even worked with us and around our schedule during installation of appliances and flooring. I will use Harry and his team at Freedom Renovation for any future remodels. After speaking with several potential contractors, I ended up choosing Freedom Renovation for full bathroom remodel (shower, vanity, flooring, etc). Their schedule seemed to work best with my schedule, and of all the different construction managers we spoke to, Allen was the best at offering design/construction advice, though to be fair please don't expect him to be a full-on interior designer.

Allen's team started and finished the project on time, within 2 weeks, and the end product looks really good. In my experience, nothing goes perfectly in a home remodel project, so the question is how receptive the manager is to your concerns and I found Allen to be very responsive. When we brought up any quality concerns to Allen, he took action to see how he could address them. When there were minor miscommunication issues, things were always resolved fairly.

I waited a bit to write my review, in order to make sure everything is still working several weeks later, and I can say that everything in my remodeled bathroom is working out great.
